I stopped at this Cracker Barrel recently and had such a good experience I had to leave a review. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Elizabeth. Elizabeth was super friendly from the moment we sat down. She checked on us often without being annoying, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything was right with our meals. She was patient when we asked questions about the menu and gave great recommendations, too. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. Little things like her remembering what we were drinking and asking if we needed anything before we even had to ask really made a difference. Overall, great service, cozy atmosphere, and good comfort food. If you go to this Cracker Barrel, definitely ask for Elizabeth—you’ll be in good hands.

Stopped here for dinner. It wasn't crowded and we were able to be seated immediately. Our server was very courteous and friendly and refilled our drinks without us asking for refills. Food came out promptly and was hot. The restaurant was recently painted and I liked the beige walls with the brown trim. It was bright with a clean look. They still had their vintage decor. Didn't check out their restrooms so can't review them. We appreciated that they had RV parking in the back though they were somewhat short, but we were able to park our Motorhome & toad over to the side.

Shout out to wonderful folks at the Hammond location! Excellent doesn’t quite capture the service and food. Rachel C made us feel like we were family. Highly recommend this location. Food and service were incredible. Keep it up ladies. I will definitely be back to my new favorite restaurant.

We had breakfast at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and really enjoyed the experience. We like the atmosphere, especially the old items hanging on the walls. The food is very good and served promptly and hot. Victoria, our server, was extremely friendly and attentive and made our experience even more special.

Our waiter Caleb was the best wait staff person that I have encountered in a restaurant in a very long time. He was very kind, considerate, attentive to our request and different request thanks Caleb, you're the best!

Still the same after many years all across the United States. The selection of music just sets a pleasant atmosphere. This location has a section where clothing, candies and goods are sold apart from restaurant. I have yet to try everything on the menu. Breakfast items are available to patrons which pancakes are satisfying to appetite. I truly say you get your money worth from customer service, delicious meals and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely, would recommend this place for out-of-state visitors, family gathering and for a time to sit enjoying a great meal alone. Cracker Barrel just bring back old memories for me.

My waitress (Rylee Blount) was the most sweetest one I have ever experienced in my entire life eating out. No matter how busy she was or how many tables I saw her covering I saw a smile on her face every step of the way. I even recall seeing her help and coach other staff members that seemed to be new. She came to my table so many times to check on us to be sure there was nothing else she could do to make our experience the very best. When we were done she was able to upsell my table a take home meal for only $5. Such a great deal that if she had not mentioned I would have had no idea about. I work in management and when I see this kind of commitment in someone in such a young age it’s very inspiring. This person definitely deserves recognition for her hospitality and customer service appreciation.

We used to go to the one in Mandeville, but the service was always terrible. We decided to try the one in Hammond and were pleasantly surprised. They have modernized this location with the lighter colors. I think it looks good. The food was good and our waitress was excellent. She kept coming back to see if we needed anything. We will be going back to this location even though it is a lot farther.
